For best results, we recommend using a mailing address. What information do I need to skip trace? The minimum information we will require from you is the owner's street address, city, and state. We can find their name and zip code if you don't have them.

Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds if this happens. But we'll do our best to accommodate you in other ways. So, please take the time and make sure you're uploading and skip tracing the correct list.

Ideally, forever, but if you haven't opened your account for a while — we'll purge lists that are more than 12 months old from the time you used our skip-tracing service.
